Macondo Coffee Roasters is a Miami-based specialty coffee roaster and café inspired by the rich coffee culture of Colombia. We source our beans directly from small Colombian farms and roast them in small batches at our Doral roasting facility to bring out the unique character of every harvest.
Beyond great coffee, we offer a menu of Latin American favorites alongside classic American breakfast and lunch dishes. Our cafés are designed to be gathering places where friends, families, and neighbors can slow down, share a meal, create lasting memories, and enjoy an exceptional cup of coffee.
