Restaurant Manager - Doral, FL
Duties:
Review menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs, food cost and assign prices to menu items.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparations building maintenance in the kitchen and dining facilities.
Organize and direct workers training programs, resolve personnel problems, evaluate employee’s performance in restaurant and coffee area, hire and fire.
Estimate food and payroll cost, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are in budgeted.
Must have an availability to work evening and weekends.
Familiarity in maintaining restaurant social media accounts and posting.
Order food and supplies keep inventory.
Ensure incoming staff complies with company policy.
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
Excellent leadership skills, including goal settings, motivating, training, and mentorship.
Completes all opening and closing duties to include: Cash handling, inventory and other daily reports.
Ensure the Restaurant Equipment, prevention, correction and replacement.
Finding and negotiating with providers including Colombian Coffee.
Requirements:
High School degree. 6 months experience. Must have an availability to work evening and weekends.
